We offer same day delivery if the order has been placed from 9:00-6:00 PM, beyond that, your order will be shipped the next day.
How can I track my order status?
Once the order is confirmed, we will send tracking details once available.
My address is not within your delivery area, can I still order online?
Absolutely, you can order through our Shopee and Lazada platforms.
How do I find the model and serial number for my appliance?
Model and serial number are located at the bottom or at the back of the unit.
Where do I find the owner’s manual and installation guide?
Manual and installation guides are included in the unit upon purchase.
What payment methods are available?
We accept Bank, GCash, and major debit/credit cards via Paymonggo
Do you offer a free installation for my purchase?
Yes, we offer FREE installation for all types of units except Range Hoods.
Where can I buy La Germania appliances?
We are available at major appliance stores nationwide, Lazada, Shopee, and on our Website. We also sell units at our showroom in Paco, Manila. Just search for La Germania Head Office online!
